Franck Birette composes inventive, refined and tasty plates, made from fresh produce, Rungis obliges! Depending on the season and the market, you can enjoy a ballottine of farmhouse poultry with aromas of truffle, creamy juice, pommes mousseline or large prawns poached in parsley, small spelt, vegetables in a supreme sauce. Then let yourself be tempted by one of the famous desserts, such as tiramisu with marrons glacés, caramelized almonds or baba with rum and vanilla cream, candied oranges. A beautiful table and an irreproachable welcome.

Très bonne adresse: belle présentation des assiettes et goût au rendez-vous. Cuisine de qualité à un prix très abordable, personnel au petit soin. Petit bémol sur la décoration plutôt bistro alors que la cuisine est raffinée. Je recommande!

très bon accueil le service c'est très bien passé et nous avons très bien mangé que du très bien je reviendrai avec plaisir et le plus, nous avons à notre disposition un parking réservé au restaurant

Belle découverte, dans un cadre agréable nous avons déjeuner en terrasse avec une vue sur le jardin. De très bonnes saveurs. Je reviendrais
