Be careful not to make any mistakes when you read this name: here, we are rather on a North African cuisine! Pickled vegetables, bricks, fish dishes, baked lamb are also possible. But of course, the most important thing is yet to come: couscous and tagines are all hearty and aromatic. Also noteworthy is a nice choice of wines. At dessert time, pastries bursting with almonds, sugar and nuts are favoured, as are ice cream cups and fresh fruit salad.
