The Roseraie du Val-de-Marne is a place of international renown: it is quite simply the first garden built entirely dedicated to roses. Initiated by Jules Gravereaux at the end of the 19th century in l'Haÿ-les-Roses, it brings together one of the most important living collections of old roses in the world: 2,900 varieties of roses and 11,000 rosebushes. These flowers, which have now disappeared from gardens and commerce, are brought together in 13 unique collections according to their origins, their history and their varieties. A real rose conservatory, for a place full of colors and scents where it is good to walk in the Val de Marne with the return of the good weather. Note that the rose garden is also animated by a multitude of events during the beautiful season. More information on the website dedicated to La Roseraie du Val de Marne
