With its bright woodwork and chandeliers reminiscent of the 1930 s, the room is both welcoming and refined. The kitchen also. The suggestions of slate are tempting to read and famous to taste. We started by looking at the desserts, which are deliciously varied, so that there was an impasse on the entries that propose starting with a salad or a feuilleté. Between marinated beef carpaccio and courgettes stuffed, we decided instantly for the grilled mackerel, with béarnaise sauce and roasted potatoes. A mellow net, well understood and not too sharp… We loved. On the side of sweet bites we were tempted by clafoutis to prunes, bread lost to red fruits and chocolate profiteroles… In this range of homemade delicacies we finally chose the charlotte to raspberries, presented in a generous and delicately fruity verrine. Sure we will come back soon!
