Bobigny is the prefecture of the department, although it is far from being the most populous city. If the human presence here is stipulated almost 2 500 years ago, it must be noted that the history of the city is working, popular, banlieusarde. A difficult city, focusing on many of our societies'ills, Bobigny began a great deal of change, a great change, and a great renovation.
