For three generations, this large family dairy has been producing, thanks to a daily collection of milk, Bries de Meaux (one of the oldest French cheeses) or Melun, Nangis, fougerus - a large 700 g coulommiers - triple cream - 70% to 75% fat, but also fine briard with truffles, cumin, pepper or sesame, or Grand Marnier, gratte-paille, pierre-robert, chaource, mogol, jean-grogne... Another creation, l'Aviateur refers to Clément Ader and his "Eole" which took off from Gretz-Armainvilliers.
