This small village is crossed by the Petit Morin. Take a detour to the McDorman Promenade. At 7, you will see the remains of the Auberge de l'Œuf Dur, a famous country-style replica of the Lapin Agile cabaret in Montmartre, founded by Julien Callé in 1912, which was very popular with Montmartre artists in the 1920s. A little further on is the house of Pierre Mac Orlan (1882-1970), the author of Quai des Brumes, who is buried in the village cemetery. The Museum of Seine-et-Marne, guardian of the memories of the town, is installed since 1995 in the former inn La Moderne, created in the early 20th century.
