Dommage de ne pas avertir au moment de la réservation que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. État de la moquette laisse à désirer.

you sent me an email with a "birthday gift" of 20 €, but at the reception you stated it wasn't you to send that voucher. The shower (room 433, the last one of the corridor) took 10 minutes to have warm water...it was cold for too long. The beds are good, but the pillows are too soft. Anyway a good stay, thanks
