Largely destroyed by the barbarian invasions, its vineyard was reconstructed from the th century by Benedictine monks, under the impetus of the Baron de Lussac, who wore the fame of his wines until the court of England. Take a hike that will take you from the Bohemian megalithic of Picampeau to Faise Abbey. It will make you discover areas and castles in contact with the Lussacais known for their friendliness.
