L'Embellie is a beautiful discovery when you are in the area. The room, very large and decorated like a brasserie, highlights the gigantic bar where many bottles of wine are sleeping. As soon as we arrive, a smile is in order, and on the plate we feast. The cuisine is made from fresh seasonal produce, resulting in a restricted lunch menu (2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts) that changes every day. The dishes are carefully prepared to give the product original flavours. You can enjoy a terrine of semi-cooked foie gras, stewed red onion and grilled focaccia, a duck breast with peppered honey/homemade chips, a Bourbon vanilla crème brûlée, all served with a glass of Médoc wine.
