Papilles et Papillons' mission? To make inclusion rhyme with catering, to change the way people look at mental disability. Managed by the ESAT de la Ballastière in Libourne, part of the APEI du Libournais work center, this restaurant is unlike any other, training its workforce to become waiters and kitchen assistants. Le personnel fait le maximum pour être aux petits soins des clients.
Tarif E/P/D à 18€, imbattable en plein centre de Libourne, compte tenu des plats proposés.
Beaux dressages avec beaucoup de goût.
Nous reviendrons assurément.
Un joli cadre, le personnel est agréable et les plats ... un pur régal !
