For those nostalgic for the holidays in La Baule-les-Pins, this Counter revives very greedy memories. The masters of the sites preserved the woodwork and shelves of the old bookshop. The walls are decorated with gold paintings, discrete motifs, taupe chairs and new luminaires. On the spokes of the salts, including Guérande, Breton patties, caramel madeleines, rillettes of tuna or mackerel, terrine of the sea La Paimpolaise, lobster oil, seaweed tartar, fish soup, sardine cream, etc., and the irresistible fondant founded by a baulois pastry and taken home in 2000. It's a sweet, dense and melt cake, with gently caramélisée and cute flavor.
