La Belle Quille is the brainchild of two brothers, Jérémie and Mickaël, who chose to come to the capital from their native south to set up a restaurant offering sun-drenched flavors. The menu leaves you dreaming: bass ceviche with citrus fruits, Mediterranean beef tartare and focaccia, tuna mi-cuit, burger revisited... It's good, homemade, fresh, hearty and often original. Wine and cocktails are available on the terrace for aperitifs with friends.

In the center of Paris, in the Saint-Lazare district, Jérémie and Mickaël Gade have opened their first restaurant after more than a decade of experience in the restaurant business. These two brothers from Marseille are delighted to welcome you to the warm, jazzy atmosphere of their dining room, or the conviviality of their terrace. Chef Mickaël's extensive knowledge of the South is reflected in his gourmet dishes: panisses provençales, grilled octopus and pot-roasted lamb, to name but a few. It sublimates French and Mediterranean gastronomy with authentic, refined dishes, both in taste and presentation, featuring fresh, seasonal produce. A multi-faceted establishment with an excellent cellar perfect for food and wine pairings, you can also enjoy a delicious cocktail prepared with care by a bartender specialized in mixology.
