Mi Ranchito Paisa means "My little farm", and it is one of the only Colombian tables in Paris. Here, we offer specialities full of flavours, spices and sunshine, all very generously served. We start with the trio of empenadas, cornmeal fritters stuffed with beef, chicken and cheese. But for the dietary option, we prefer the ceviche de camarones, deliciously marinated shrimps. Together, we share the Super Picada, a large dish of Colombian specialities accompanied by raw vegetables. Alone, we test churrasco, a grilled Argentine entrecote nut with spices or bandeja paisa, the popular dish par excellence made up of beef, rice, black beans, fried plantain bananas, chorizo, avocado and an egg. Despite a somewhat dark and small room, it is a pure pleasure to come and taste these authentic dishes. A very good Colombian restaurant!
