The club has been in existence since January 2009 and was created by Claudia Carlon, a professional of fitness who has reduced from his stay in the United States a method hitherto unknown in metropolis: low aerobic impact (L.I.A.). Moreover, since that date, it has been the only trainer in France of this method for the Compte account. The room, with a rather friendly atmosphere, has a surface of 550 m 2 on two levels. There is a cardio-training area, a fitness space, a cycling space, a lean circuit and a collective course. Five teachers, all graduates, piled up for zumba classes, pumping classes, abdo-buttocks, lady move, step, sculpt body, chip, abdo-power, structural gym and stretching. A programme is concocted from your arrival and is adjustable according to your progress and your desires. After the effort, the sauna area awaits you to perfect your relaxation.
