Le Maresquier is a refined address, where you can savor excellent dishes of very French inspiration: cauliflower mousseline quenelle, homemade country terrine, chicken supreme, filet of Breton scorpion fish, beef tartare. Gourmets also flock to this establishment for desserts concocted by the chef: homemade yoghurt from yesteryear or dolce vita (pink Reims cookie with prosecco).
