Discreet restaurant in Paris offering a ceviche with sole, organic meats, vegetables and various desserts.

More than flirt with bio at the table of this discreet restaurant in a contemporary setting, near the Champs-Élysées. If the place is Frequent all year round, the hotel de les Sers becomes a small and quiet place in the Arboré patio. In the middle of the green, Jordan Delamotte, most of whose career has been built here, chooses its products carefully and offers, for example, a ceviche to sole, coriander, pepper and green lemon, a pan of roasted gnocchi accompanied with thyme sauce or a wing of skate is its green asparagus. Carnivores are not left with organic beef fillet, artichokes, gnocchi or a lamb's shoulder of Limousin, chanterelles, pencil and polenta leeks. Spicy Mango finger, creamy vanilla, maracuja and green lemon close the meal in beauty.

Excellent service, getting us dinner reservations at outstanding restaurants and providing excellent tourist tips. Vikash treated us like VIPs and made sure we were as comfortable as possible.|The rooms were immaculate and the bar was exemplary

The room super clean and amazing location, i like how the room smells and how high end details love the courtyard view that what we had and they made a setup for my honeymoon was really cool my wife’s liked it i would come back again and enjoy the best paris visit again

I cannot say enough about the people who work here! The rooms were comfortable and beautiful but it was the people who made our trip so memorable. We were a group of six girls for a long weekend. We were welcomed so warmly and given a glass of champagne. Cedric arranged for our rooms to be ready early which was so appreciated after flying all night. My friend's room and door had been decorated for her birthday and Rafael had cake for use that evening as well. Bob, Matheiu and Stephanie at the front desk were ready to assist with whatever was needed; cabs, water, luggage or friendly conversation and laughs. Etienne was our server at breakfast and was so attentive. The continental breakfast was delicious; so fresh with fruit and yogurt. A basket of bread filled with croissants, baguettes, apple bread and pan de chocolate. as well as fluffy scrambled eggs. I am sure I am missing someone's name so I will just say everyone was amazing! I cannot say enough good things! And believe me, they put up with quite a bit of shenanigans from us, but they truly seemed to share in our joy, I would 100% return here and cannot recommend it any more strongly.
