Paris address offering a simple sandwich with luxury products, other Iberian specialties and desserts.

Here, we are in one of the temples of jamón Ibérico or rather of jabugo, one of the most popular Spanish specialties, ham of free-range reared and exclusively fed with acorns pigs. Its skin obviously has a price: up to €880 per kg for a vintage... Fortunately, you can also enjoy it in small portion! Whether you choose the simple bellota sandwich (served in a bread slightly heated to make it more tasty) as a take-away or to enjoy on the spot, it is the opportunity to familiarise yourself with this luxury product but there's more, since you can try other specialities also typical, Iberian (chorizo, streaky tuna, anchovies, boquerones...), such as the smoked salmon, salmon eggs or fresh caviar. Molten chocolate cake, salted butter caramel, macaroons: the desserts are signed Aoki. To highlight the whole, a superb Castilla wine among the seventy wines served.

The bread on our sandwiches was very hard and dry and they broke apart when trying to eat them. Disappointing

MINABLE ! Sans aucun doute Bellota Bellota fait-il les meilleurs jambons ibérique du monde (je m'étais régalé au Bellota Bellota Issy ou Lyon), mais lorsque l'établissement est opéré par un personnel aussi minable (Bellota Bellota Champs Elysée), cela gâche l'expérience... Sachant que moins de la moitié des tables étaient occupées à 12h40, ils n'avaient plus de grands volcans (nous en avons eu 2 petits), ils n'avaient plus de flamme (pour faire chauffer les volcans), ils n'avaient plus de baguette, ils ont oubliés le plat de ma femme (20mn d'attente pour rien sachant qu'en prime ils n'avaient plus d'écrasé de pomme de terre classique), la découpe du jambon relevait du grand n'importe quoi (cf image), et à l'addition, ils nous ont indument comptés pratiquement 20€ de produits non-consommés. Merci pour ce moment... totalement gâché !

Where do i start ?
My mouth waters just thinking about bellota-bellota
There are very few ingredients in their sandwiches but the quality of each one speak for themselves .
Simplicity is best to taste all the flavours ,
Long time ago since i had this high quality Sandwich generously filled :)
The baguette is also very fresh ..

the staff is adorable !
They take their time and explain to you everything
The first time i went to rue clement marot branch an employee called Mack helped me choose and he was absolutely professional and very helpful .
I find prices to be very fair regarding the quality of the products
However you’ll have to pay an additional 2€ if you desire to eat at the restaurant
Beside sandwiches there’s a menu that you can choose from it’s mainly charcuterie & cheese boards all tasty .

If i had to describe bellota bellota in five words :
Super delicious , simple , upscale , fresh , filling .
+ 1 for this charming cozy place ( the terrasse is very sunny and calm during summer )
