After picking up Rasputin in 2014, Alexander Ghislain and Logan Maggio decided to transform this chic address into a refined but relaxed place. In an elegant and intimate setting where the mirror games and the sieved lights have been well thought out, we taste a cuisine with a thousand flavors that propose to take a tour of Asia in Paris. The head of Thai origin plays well with herbs and spices: spicy bar tartare, chicken and lemonry chicken and her gluting rice not to forget the Tiger Angus Tears, the star dish. In dessert, try the coco coco coco or panna cotta ispahan.
