Just steps away from the Champs-Elysées, the prestigious Maison du Caviar, which was founded in 1956, is an institution. In a rather luxurious and refined setting that is perfectly suited to the area and the products offered, the amateurs have a wide choice of caviar (beluga, osciètre, sevruga). Intimidated papillae can satisfy other terrestrial foods, probably less expensive: smoked fish (salmon, eels, sturgeon), salmon eggs, royal crab salad or lobster; hot dishes, crab, chachelick, Stroganoff beef. For lunch or dinner, tourists and visitors are combined and the Russian easy clientele of Paris regularly attends the house.

Le service était irréprochable : professionnel, attentif et discret. En entrée, le caviar – bien sûr – était d’une qualité exceptionnelle, parfaitement présenté. Les plats principaux étaient tout aussi savoureux, avec une cuisine fine et maîtrisée. Mention spéciale pour le dessert, un millefeuille exquis qui a magnifiquement conclu le repas.
Les prix reflètent le standing de l’établissement, mais l’expérience en vaut largement la peine. Une adresse idéale pour une occasion spéciale ou pour les amateurs de gastronomie de haute volée.
