Fans of Corsican cuisine appreciate this table behind the Ministry of the Interior. The chef, Yann Rebillard, is unrivalled (or almost unrivalled) when it comes to bringing out the best of the island's culinary delights. His stufatu di cignale (or wild boar stew) is unheard of; his dishes - eggplant stuffed bonifacienne-style and cannelloni du berger stuffed with brousse, to name but a few - exude the island of Beauty. To round things off, and if it's on the à la carte menu, why not try the chestnut moelleux? Divine.

Le prix et la qualité de la nourriture sont tous les deux au top. Le serveur était également très sympathique et heureux de vous aider. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, j'adorerais y retourner lors de notre prochain voyage à Paris!

Le cassoulet corse du jour était vraiment excellent.
L'ambiance est très bruyante malgré le peu de tables, il est difficile de s'entendre parler dans ce restaurant. La mise en place d'absorbants acoustiques pourrait aider.
