The tourist office is easily accessible by public transport, with the Assemblée Nationale metro station nearby. The Invalides Bridge, built between 1854 and 1856, was built on the piers of a first bridge built in 1829. During construction, a central battery was added to ensure the strength of the work. This pile is decorated with allegorical sculptures: «The land victory» of Victor Vilain (upstream) and «The Naval Victory» of Georges Diebolt (downstream), to whom we also owe the famous Zouave du pont de l 'Alma. Note that if it bears a name that evokes the Hotel des Invalides, it is its neighbor, the Pont Alexandre III bridge, facing the Army Museum.

The center aims to create a lasting understanding between these two countries. The Canadian Cultural Center is located within the Canadian Embassy and offers a program of contemporary art exhibitions at a rate of 3 to 4 exhibitions per year in its atypical gallery under the glass roof in the heart of the embassy. Regular guided tours and occasional evening events are offered. The program presents a selection of contemporary Canadian artistic production through concerts, literary evenings, conferences, performances and always accessible to the public free of charge.

Sainte-Clotilde parish was founded in 1857 by the architect François Gaud. It is the first Parisian church in Neo-Gothic style. The façade and its two spires that are 70 m high are the work of Théodore Ballu. Pope Léon XIII made it a basilica in 1896. This church contains a true treasure: the extraordinary organ designed by Master Cavaillé-Coll and owned first by César Franck.
