AU PETIT TONNEAU
Parisian establishment serving a menu of great house classics, meat and a sweet note.
We feel that nothing has changed here for thirty years… But there have also been some changes these last years, and not insignificant, since for 6 years it has been Arlette, a Mexican in love with France who speaks perfectly the language of Molière, who has resumed the establishment and her client welcome is particularly professional while being warm. At the head of the cuisine, it has recently been Vincent Neveu, a talented young chef who has spent 7 years in Bristol before being chef here. The menu will not change the habits of the regulars because the great classics of the house are represented as the calf blankets but Vincent prepares it in his own way. There are also the traditional Burgundy snails, the rib steak and its Roquefort sauce, the veal kidney in Madeira sauce or the lamb shank roasted with thyme. To finish on a sweet note, tarte tatin and chocolate mouse are safe values. Finally, for the little story, the historical sign was the table of the greatest of this world and some characters like the famous Commissioner Maigret. A plaque indicates where he used to sit and you are free to have a sit there to spice up a little more your meal and make the unusual souvenir photo!

I spent great time with nice French cuisines.
This is the first time for me to order a roasted pigeon but it was so nice with red wine.
