This is the case with this Latin American house, created in 1946 at the initiative of General de Gaulle, with the aim of "meeting the Latin Americans and the French and promoting exchanges between France and the republics of Latin America." This house is home to a table, beautifully extended by a large French garden that also makes it terrace in the beautiful days which makes it even more magical. Chef Thierry Vaissière offers a kitchen that can humble the air while never losing sight of our land.
