Charming bistro in Paris offering the best of local charcuterie, seasonal dishes, and meats.

Thierry Dufroux, who honed his skills at Loiseau and Ducasse, has set up shop in this charming old-school bistro, paying tribute in small ways to his native Basque region. On the slate, the best of local charcuterie: boudin, chorizo, quindillas... On the plates, a cuisine that rides the wave. For example, on a weekend in October, a pan-fried chipirons with eggplant confit, an original corn velouté with barbecued shrimps, a more traditional poulet basquaise or a cochon confit. Tempting.

Accueil et service attentionné dans ce délicieux bistrot à la décoration sobre qui rappelle le pays basque. Cuisine simple et goûteuse avec des produits de saison, accompagnée d’une bonne carte des vins.

Restaurant a connaitre, la qualité des plats est juste enorme, j'ai pu deguster une viande mijotée pendant 7h et c'était d'un fondant...excellent
L'accueil est tres sympathique et le service de tres bonne qualité, avec un humour pince sans rire que j'apprécie vraiment. Ambiance bistrot pour la salle.
Découvert cette semaine j'y retournerais c'est certain !
Le midi il y a un menu entree/plat/verre de vin pour 15 euros, interessant
