A refined place, wood, exposed stones and bay windows... These Fables de la Fontaine evolve with the times, while remaining one of the capital's beautiful gastronomic signatures. At the helm of this prestigious ship, David Bottreau and Chief Medhi Karamane sublimate the seafood products. Some examples? Buckwheat crab salad and its variation of cucumber with vinegar, the "Gros Caillou" bourride or the lean roasted potato flakes. To finish off beautifully, the must-have soufflé with rice pudding, caramel and vanilla ice cream. The star is worth a visit, and the prices are quite attractive, given the excellence achieved here.
