After a few weeks' work, the Wadja reopened its doors at the start of summer 2024. New pilots, new decor (rest assured, the zinc as well as the seats and benches have been preserved; however, the color of the walls and the lighting fixtures have been changed) and a new chef. However, the cuisine is still traditional, with a few modern touches, such as the coquillettes-aged goat cheese-roasted hazelnut risotto that appeared on the summer menu alongside a classic crispy veal sweetbread.

A sure bet in the neighborhood.
déguster une excellente cuisine. Cuisson parfaite, accompagnement très travaillé. Le dessert aux agrumes au top avec une quenelle de glace pistache à se damner... ???? Service impeccable ????

I would have preferred a mushroom poelee or crunchy vegetables
