Le Wadja is a friendly bistro serving French cuisine that fuses bistronomy and gastronomy. You'll be welcomed by a friendly team who will guide you in your choice of dishes and natural wines, highlighting organic and local suppliers. Chef Mathieu Longchamps draws inspiration for his cooking from his many travels around the world. Specialties include octopus salad with Japanese tosazu vinegar, crispy veal sweetbreads, fig and walnut tartlets and vanilla-pecan ice cream. Everything here is homemade!

Un vrai chef chez wadja nommé Mathieu.
Excellente terrine en amuse gueule,ris de veaux cuit à la perfection et un petit jus littéralement gastro,filet de bœuf épais et bien saisi.
En salle c’est Antoine qui reçoit et on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi.

C'était sensationnel... La nourriture était très bonne et le service extrêmement aimable. La serveuse, très gentille, parlait bien sûr le français, mais aussi l'anglais, l'espagnol et l'allemand.

La cuisine est délicieuse mais nous avons eu une désagréable expérience. Le serveur nous a apporté l'ardoise sans nous préciser qu'il y avait plein d'autres suggestions à l'envers. Donc devant un choix si limité, juste 2 plats principaux et deux entrées, nopsu avons dû choisir un plat que nous n'avions pas vraiment envie de commander. Autre expérience négative, le vinétait franchement mauvais. Dommage car le chef est excellent.
