No, it is not a Polish restaurant, but an authentic French bistro enjoying a traditional decoration located in the heart of Montparnasse. During the Belle Epoque period, it has been frequented by painters from the École de Paris. Today, Denise Leguay runs the address with chef Mathieu Longchamps. Having worked for Anne-Sophie Pic in particular, this talented young man creates a cuisine that is classically inspired, but not without originality. We've seen on the menu during the cold season a cream of Jerusalem artichokes-hazelnuts and scallops with a Grenobloise citrus fruit. And one spring, there was a fresh goat beet gazpacho and a good rack of lamb with chickpeas...

Open Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm and 7:30pm to 10pm. À la carte menu: about €50 (three courses). Lunch formula: €29 (two courses, €36 three courses). Wine by the glass.

Petit budget , je cherche ou manger le soir ,et retiens page 48 "WAJDA ". Menu a 17,00 le soir et une des 18 adresses favorites du guide.
Mauvaise pioche ....
Le menu a 17.00 n'existe pas ! d'ailleurs il n'y a pas de menu le soir , mais seulement la Carte !
Alors je me rabats sur 1 plat seulement : 1er prix 22.00 pour une assiette de 4 noix de st Jacques et 2 endives
Tres bien cuit , mais sans plus ... et puis j'ai faim ! alors je tente le fondant au chocolat : oui , il est bon ; mais c'est tout !
Resto petit et bruyant en effet . Beaucoup d'anglais et américains .
Finalement je suis passé de 17.00 a 33.50 euros !
Je pense qu'il y a bien mieux pour ce prix a Paris.
