This charming hotel is located just a few steps from the Jardin du Luxembourg in the 6 th arrondissement. This very beautiful art gallery, in the name so evocative, looks like a black lacquer box. It seems to contain many treasures from Japan, and it is! It includes paintings, ceramics, lawn and bronzes, but above all - this is its specialty - an impressive and magnificent collection of original Japanese prints Ukiyo-e, Shin-Hanga and Sôsaku Hanga. His director, Tamio Ikeda, only proposes works from xviie in the twenty-first century.
