In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Zen and old stones, essential oils and kimonos… Pleasant atmosphere and precise gestures. We're here in the Japanese perfection. Assa, a Japanese term that evokes the purity and natural comfort of linen, is a wellness lounge. It practises Japanese massage in a traditional inn in the country of the Rising Sun where you enjoy a warm welcome according to the omotenashi, Japanese hospitality, and a team of qualified practitioners who share the secret of the art of living Japanese. Each shiatsu session, a traditional Japanese massage designed to rebalance energies, is accompanied by personalized antivieillissement advice and allows you to restore the valuable balance between body and mind. The Shiatsu represents, in fact, a technique of manual therapy carried out by pressure of the fingers on the whole body. The Shiatsu, of Shi, fingers, and atsu, pressure, comes from Oriental medicine and is actually aimed at rebalancing the flow of vital energy. The benefits of the Shiatsu are therefore manifold: mitigation of stress and tension, stimulation of the self-defence system of the organization, relief of back pain, balance of the entire energy system, physical and mental relaxation and improvement of welfare. In addition, it is pleasant. A panacea and a good investment! !!

Si vous aimez le Shiatsu c'est LA qu'il faut aller au moins une fois. Prix assez chers mais ça vaut le coup. AMbiance zen à souhait et masseuse au top. On a un massage + le prix du billet aller retour 1h au Japon. Merci !!
