Bistro in Paris elaborating a cuisine canaille, a menu of foie gras and aligot.

Originally the kitchen was 100% perigordian, but the bistro was bought many years ago by a Auvergne family, the foie gras and the aligot are hand in hand on the map where they flow happy days. Jean-Luc Martin in the hall put his brother Christophe to the casseroles. Villains cuisine in juice without being passed by the Review board st century: kidney kidney in front of the customer, homemade andouillette and French fries, duck conflict and dropped apples. It is not new but it still works very hard…

Great place with attention to details. Why only 3/5 stars for food-3/4 people had the steak and it was sadly tough! The Pork dish was delicious. The appetizer, bottle of wine and don’t forget the soufflé! Dessert was spot on!
