Philippe Conticini, of Pâtisserie des Rêves, delivers daily gluten-free and lactose-free waffles in this sweet and salt waffle bar at the BHV Blue Court. Among the sweet ones, we strongly recommend the one with lemon cream or those placed on a vanilla cream stick or Tatin. The salty - yes, they exist - vary from Thai wok with chicken, carrots, soya and spices grow, or more classic in croque-monsieur way (white ham, gratined Emmental).
