In Paris, thousands of actors take part in making Paris a more environmentally friendly city through local actions and concre, modest or more ambitious. In order to promote the development of these initiatives, the Paris City Hall launched an innovative device in April 2011: the re of Sustainable Paris Actors in order to highlight these actions put in place by individuals, collective groups and professionals, to multiply and generate new ones. Examples? Practice composting at the foot of a building, isolate your home, layout by company companies of re sustainable mania, set up an eco-accountability walk. At the heart of this device: an online community (www.acteursduparisdurable.fr). You can discover on the Internet site the eco-actions in Paris, but also some exciting practical tools: guides, contacts, sharing of expe. The House des Acteurs du Paris, for example, organizes workshops for beginners or green every month, put and innovants, visits of innovative places in Paris to the actors and Parisians. The community of sustainable Paris actors brings together more than 150 000 Parisians and Parisians, and is involved in green initiatives and some eco-action guides.
