The Caféothèque is a multi-faceted and friendly place: you can taste probably one of the best coffees in Paris, buy roasted coffee on the spot, attend exhibitions... and take courses! Since 2005, you can follow a professional training to become a roaster and/or barista. Hundreds of people have already followed this training and have opened their store or café all over the world, thus becoming ambassadors of quality coffee. For those who are curious, the Caféothèque offers initiations.
