Petit Futé's opinion on LE PAVÉ
This is a nice local restaurant where wood and bottles are well exposed. Classic French cuisine, but excellent, especially the meat, from the Aubrac, of course, with a speciality of aligot, which will accompany for example the rib of beef for 2 people. The emblematic dish of the house, is the beef belly confit for 7 hours, and its saint-nectaire gratin. We often go back there, if only for the greediness and the cheerful and good-natured frankness of Patrick Quintard, a native of Aveyron, and his team. A beautiful terrace, heated in winter, with a view of the Saint-Jacques tower, where smoking is not allowed. A favorite of the team!
