Restaurant offering fresh products influenced by Jewish cuisine.

From Paris to New York there is only one door to the heart of the Marais, that of this délicatessen: both a fast dining place and a grocery store, the products offered being mainly fresh products, heavily influenced by Jewish cuisine. David Tordjman and Laurent Rebuzzi modernised the concept in a former renovated neighbourhood bistro. This includes traditional products such as charcuteries (seasoning, pikel, Cracow sausage…), smoked fish, maison house, eastern vodkas and all classics such as brunch and breakfast, giant burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches or the essential cheese-cake. As for children, they are always happy with American lunch or dinner. We recommend!

Un vrai restaurant Deli à Paris. Des burgers originaux et dont le choix évolue au fil du temps (on peut y retourner sans crainte de redite). recettes originales . D'autres plats pour les non-acros au burger (même pour les végétariens). Qualité (le pain des burgers!), quantité, décoration agréable, personnel au petit soins. Un seul inconvénient, rançon du succès: on y fait la queue (pas de réservation). Mais cela vaut la peine. le burger à Paris.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix surtout pour le quartier. Les burgers sont un vrai régal. Par contre risque de faire la queue certains soirs donc mieux vaut ne pas tarder.

Super restaurant dans le Marais qui propose des bergers énormes et avec une viande excellente. La cuisson est toujours réussie.
Mention spéciale pour leur pastrami qui est excellent.
Pas de possibilités de réserver et l'attente peut parfois être un peu longue vu l'affluence mais cela en vaut la peine
