Bonjour, je viens juste de revenir d'un mois de Vacances à Cuba .
j'ai voyagé a la habana , vinales , cienfuegos , holguin , Santiago de Cuba ( ma préféréé ) et j'ai fini par varadero .
En tous cas je suis passé par Roots travel pour le visa et la résa de toutes mes casas , je n'ai eu aucun probs , je n'ai pas été déçu par les casas choisis , tres bon accueil , clim , langouste et bien sur du rhum )) . j'ai souvent été déçu par des agences e voyage mais là Roots travel a assuré , je la recommande !!

Part in New York with Roots trips I makes you by my enthusiasm for this agency. The organisation is in top shape. One in a super apartment with a magnificent view of Manhattan! The agency is listening and full of small very useful recommendations. In short, they are very professional. I advice highly this agency... good!

Nos deux guides Gleisys pour La Havane parlait très bien le français elle était très agréable et Lorchen notre guide pour Trinidad parlait très bien le français et il était très agréable
Nos hôtes étaient à notre écoute et nous ont fait découvrir leurs cuisines ainsi la dégustation des langoustes.
Notre chauffeur à playa larga nous a fait découvrir que l’on pouvait manger du crocodile. C’était La première fois que nous partions avec cette agence et je vous la recommande.
