Les Théâtres hotel really bears its name since it is located near many concert halls. But it is also close to the emblematic parts of the Trail, of Marais, of la Bourse and l'Opera. The decor marries the plays to create an atmosphere around the three great authors: Molière, Feydeau and Cocteau. The customer chooses in which register he or she wants to stay. And no one has never been disappointed! In the Molière room, the comic is involved while in Feydeau, it is the baroque. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le tout est très bien achalandé.
We just checked in and William the receptionist was extremely rude and not welcoming. He was having a computer issue and was extremely rude towards us. Later that night we asked him if we could use the phone to call the airline as the airline broke our suitcase. Willian replied “not a hotel problem”. That is the customer service they have at this hotel.
