Some still remember it with nostalgia: the old Tambour was open until 5 a.m. (this is still true on Fridays and Saturdays), with a sometimes electric atmosphere. With the passage of time, it's fair to say that the renovation has been a success. There may be less space than before, but the contemporary decor certainly makes for a cosier space. The in-house menu features classic café/brasserie offerings (salads, burgers, meats, sausages, coquillettes, vegetable woks...). The food is good and served quickly.
