Wooden bistro in Paris elaborating local products, a family kitchen, Aveyron and Cantal.
The name is misleading, and Larousse would certainly not have chosen this establishment to illustrate the term "boui-boui". This cosy bistro is all about tradition, with a menu that honors local produce: according to the season, homemade duck foie gras, roast camembert with fig jam and charcuterie from Aveyron rub shoulders with Salers meat, duck-aligot breast, grilled sausage and crème brûlée. As for liquids, the well-constructed menu offers something for everyone.
