After the bar and the hotel, Edgar now has its Italian counter. Alpine accents, cement tiles, Mediterranean heat, are served in good humour and in keeping with the products. Besides decoration, the map also pays tribute to the Great boot. In the programme: antipasti, bresaola, burata Des, and seductive pizzas. Served al taglio, i. e. to the cutting, they have beautiful upholstery from the majority of Italy. Whether it's Tartuffo or Sweet and Cheese, you'll take the same pleasure to eat what the hotel offers. Other celebrations of the map include a Italian beef tartar or a plate of Italian cheeses accompanied by green tomato jam.
