Address in Paris offering traditional Indian ingredients, fish, vegetables and meats.

A pretty wooded elongated frontage and two elegant halls in their simplicity: a good sign that does not contradict the culinary future registry. It is quite short and classic but respects the rules of the tradition of Rajasthan: ingredients are carefully chosen, (especially vegetables) the quality of the cooking and preparation of sauces. A glance at the clients confirms a moment of shared pleasure, a complete success on the dishes that we however thought we knew: tikka or samossa as starter, lamb korma with almonds, cashews, raisins and pistachios or shar byriani rice with chicken, lamb, shrimp and spices. Vegetables are delicious; we can compose a meal of fried eggplant and vegetable curry kourma in which fresh cream and brings a gentle taste and mosaic color of vegetables. As for dessert, there is a semolina pudding or carrots. The finesse here is almost voluptuous and make one quickly forgets the bad experiences of bland boiled elsewhere. So we like and recommend without restrictions this little exotic pleasure.

We were to lunch with friends in this Indian restaurant. We were influenced by the excellent comments on this restaurant but so we were disappointed despite a warm welcome typical crockery and traditional décor.

Less: rice had a very special taste (including a taste of contained). Perhaps did not choose the right type of rice? The lamb was cooked too much with my taste.

More: reasonable prices, very good sauce. Be careful, some are spicy sauces when it is not necessarily indicated including tel.
