It is an American-style canteen, and even Californian, located in this street in the heart of Paris. One first wonders whether the cool attitude is not a little forced, and then we let ourselves be taken into play and bathed in this reconstituted, but sympathetic atmosphere. Schedules are special, since the location is open midmorning in mid-afternoon, but the service is almost continuous. Pickles, pancakes, avocado toasts and chorizo sandwiches are called to fill the plates: Well thought out, to test!
