Le Caveau du Palais is an incredible place in the heart of the Île de la Cité on the charming Place Dauphine. The chef offers a refined menu of gourmet dishes that combine blissfully subtlety and flavors. We can also find a perfectly prepared traditional dishes, but also boldly revisited classics such as the soft-boiled egg, candied pumpkin, brie emulsion with hazelnut oil, cod à la plancha, haddock cream and cauliflower with coriander. The plus: a beautiful wine list, a very nice service and good advice. An excellent house where we return without hesitation for a pure moment of pleasure.
