Bistro on 3 levels in Paris offering classic dishes and burgers at good value.
Today, finding a real bistro in Paris, a few steps from the Louvre, is not as easy as it seems. At Chez Claude, there is a genuine know-how and a real will to only offer quality in the glasses and the dishes. On the menu, the chef offers classic and tasty dishes like gratin poached eggs with Auvergne blue as starters, the homemade duck thigh confit, parsley potatoes and the trend Scandinav' burger with cereal, marinated salmon and cream cheese or the beef "baker" hamburger with cantal, homemade fries as main courses and finally, a fine apple pie, vanilla ice-cream and milk caramel to nicely conclude the meal. In addition to that, it offers a very good quality/price ratio and a charming welcome. Please note that the place is ideal to organize your events, the bistro is on three levels that can be privatized.

La viande était si dure que le couteau ne pouvait pas la couper. Les pommes de terre étaient réchauffées au micro-ondes. Vraiment pas bon. Evitez ce restaurant qui est un piège à touristes !!!
( et des œufs pochés parfaits ;) )
