On the edge of the Market-Saint-Honoré Square, the Very Honored is well suited to this chic neighbourhood. On 3 floors, we sail from one universe to another depending on its mood and desires. On the ground floor, the rustic restaurant and vintage furniture of the 1970 s; on the floor, the living room "Promenons us in the wood" on green foam tones and its carpet on fougères motifs; finally, in the basement, the cocktail cocktail bar 1920 with its comfortable velvet armchairs, thick carpets and light games. Unless you prefer the quiet terrace, heated in winter, to take a drink… It comes from breakfast, where the excellent Bordier butter and Alain Milliat jams alongside the scented Teas of Constance. At lunch, a menu offers the classics you always love to find (foie gras, leeks-dressing, rôti chicken chicken, tiramisu, etc.). And for dinner, recipes more worked (calf carpaccio, pork cream and capers Pantelleria or blue lobster, zucchini, candied lemon and basil) and regressive in a chic bistro (the famous beef coast Angus béarnaise and shot apples, Coquillettes ham Et and calf eggs) keep their promises. In dessert, Saint Honoré of circumstance among other proposals: cheesecake and grout of red fruits, rice rice and caramel in salted butter, ice cream and sorbets. A small map was designed to help: small squid sauce tartar, Pimiento pimiento, crab tarama, etc.
