A fine example of ecological rehabilitation, this disused SNCF warehouse in the La Chapelle district has been transformed into a living space with shops, cafés, restaurants, a youth hostel, a library, a gymnasium, meeting and show rooms, and public spaces (esplanade, garden). On the street side, the animation is strong, with terraces and a vast esplanade on which the youngest people devote themselves to urban disciplines. On the railway side, there is a covered garden with many water plants. And on the roof, the largest photovoltaic plant in the capital!
