One would not expect to find a climbing gym in the heart of Pigalle, and yet it is here that Vertical Art decided to open its latest variation. A la carte or according to courses, the place offers a bouldering room that is really well thought out, and the climbing routes are renewed every month, which is a change from the usual places that offer you the same routes for years. The youngest are welcome and will of course be taken care of. Finally, note that the place has a sauna, a bar and a restaurant

Mes suspicions sont sur les lentilles corail.
J'avais déjà identifié que l'eau de cuisson des lentilles corail provoquait des troubles digestifs.
Si jamais le cuisinier fait une cuisson à l'étouffer c'est une mauvaise idée.
Mettre suffisamment d'eau et l'éliminer en fin de cuisson.
J'en profite pour vous partager une petite suggestion pour rendre les lentilles plus attractives à mon goût : un peu plus cuite, avec du sel, et du citron pour accompagner la crème coco.
