Pizza bonne, bon ingrédients mais mauvaise pâte. En effet, j’avais demandé une classique, mais j’ai eu une fine. Qui plus est, ils l’ont refaite devant moi, en excusant et me dédommageant par une boisson de l’attente. Bon réflexe clientèle, mais dommage pour la pâte.

I have come here a couple of times during the summer and my first experience with the woman working during lunch was fantastic. The pizza was perfect just like a cheese pizza should be. However I’m back from out of town after two weeks and the man working the counter this evening is nothing like the woman and other man who have taken my order in the past. This guy clearly hates his life of job and he’s very unfriendly. Also when I told him that the pizza was different from my last two visits here he tried to tell me I probably ordered something else last time. What? He then proceeded to argue with me after I told him he’s not very nice and that the pizza is wrong. This is Tuesday Sept 3 around 9:30 pm. This guy working the counter is a bad representation of the Dominoes brand. And the pizza sucks today.

Le gérant n'est pas avenant. Il facture d'office la Pizza à 8 euros, au lieu de 7,99. Sans la politesse et la courtoisie attendue. Au nombre de pizzas vendues, ça fait cher l'arnaque.

Je ne comprends vraiment pas comment vous pouvez recruter du personnel qui ne sait même pas parler poliment à ses clients. C'est vraiment regrettable car je commandais souvent dans votre établissement. À partir d'aujourd'hui, je ne commanderai plus jamais chez vous.
