Here's an up-and-coming address in the eastern 18th arrondissement. Right in the heart of the working-class district, Atelier Dürüm aims to be the temple of highly prized (but not always well executed elsewhere) Turkish-style street-food. To say the place has undergone a metamorphosis is an understatement, as it has become a cosy space devoted entirely to the marvellous dishes created by the three brothers Yeliz, Emin and Gokhan. This cantine offers mainly Dürüm, typical rolls, but also other marvels. Highly recommended!

Très bon accueil et service de toute l’équipe du restaurant (mention spéciale à Gokhan). L’ambiance est chaleureuse et conviviale, et bien sûr, les dürüms sont délicieux. L’agneau est savoureux, la viande a un bon goût de feu de bois, et les produits sont frais. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !
